HELEN MACDONALD CSP - Master Trainer

Helen started her journey with a Bachelor of Psychology, chosen because of my passion for people and performance. She has had a wonderful portfolio career involving decades of experience developing leaders and team members around the Asia Pacific region and worked with thousands of people to improve the results in their businesses and their lives. 

She has written and contributed to six books, including “Secrets of Business Builders Exposed” and created & delivered hundreds of customised workshops & seminars. Helen is a proven business coach, facilitator, MC and speaker across a wide variety of industries and topics, tapping into my passion for maximising opportunities in businesses and people. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) putting her in the top 5% of speakers and also is a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and accredited in DiSC and Human Synergistic 360 instruments.

Helen has had a significant role in both the design and delivery of several national & international rollouts for sales and service staff across the automotive industry.  She was appointed as Master Facilitator for the Asia-Pacific project of one of these roll-outs. Her client base ranges from large and small corporate to state and local government, with companies in industries including IT, banking & finance, transport, telecommunications. Automotive clients include:  Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Hyundai, Holden, GM & Kia.
