TOMM STANLEY - Aftersales Trainer

An experienced corporate trainer and management consultant, with a down-to-earth approach echoing his original working background, Tomm has worked in places as diverse as Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Singapore & Antarctica.  As an experienced National Operations and Parts Manager, he has unique insights into how operations process and people can work together to lift performance to the next level. 

Tomm also has experience in global automotive training roll out’s as the former GM Difference Manager where he overall the development and implementation of operating standards across dealerships in the Middle East.  This also involved him designing and delivering training to engage dealership personal to understand and implement the program.  Early in his career he also held a position with the US Antarctic Program based on the South Pole leading and coordinating a team of people that ensured the base operated effectively.

Because of his experience on all 7 continents, Tomm is known as an AfterSales Expert who has the ability to get DP’s and Managers shifting their approach to the next level.  He is also passionate as a musician and manufactures his own Bass guitars that have created a strong following due to the craftsmanship.  He has experience with a range of automotive/Industrial clients including:  General Motors Middle East, Holden, Hyundai, Hyster Forklifts and AdvanceQuip.
